Tour Information ________________________

We have three basic types of tours: a 1 Hour Eco Tour, a 1/2 Hour Fun Run, and a 1/2 Hour Night Tour.

1 Hour Eco Tour

This is our most in-depth tour. We will go 8- 12 miles North into the Delta. We will show you floral and fauna, birds, alligators, and other wildlife native to the Delta. There are so many wonderful places and things to see in the Delta. We recommend the 1 hour eco tour, as this is our most popular tour.

Summer Times: Between 7:00am and 10:00am or 5:00pm and 7:00pm

Sunset Tours

Our Sunset Tour is a 1 Hour Eco Tour that is scheduled 1 hour before official sunset. Please call for details.

1/2 Hour Fun Run

The 1/2 hour fun run is a fun, exciting boat ride. On the fun run, we will provide fun for the whole family with a fast boat ride with lots of whips and turns. This is recommended for those who want to have a faster, exciting boat ride with a small eco-tour.

Spring/Fall Times: Between 9:00am and 3:00pm
Summer Times: Between 7:00am and 10:00am or 5:00pm and 7:00pm

** We require a 4 person minimum for both the 1 Hour Eco Tour and the 1/2 Hour Fun Run **

1/2 Hour Night Trip

The 1/2 hour night trip is called the "Alligator Adventure". This is the only tour that we 100% guarantee alligators. This trip is great for those who want to see alligators. This trip is dedicated to only see alligators. We will spotlight gators of all sizes; babies to 11 footers and the occasional 12 & 13 foot monsters. This is our most exhilerating tour. Our Alligator Adventures begin after the sunset in the summer.

Our Alligator Adventures/night trips are recommended to those who want to see only alligators.

The Night Tours are must be warm for the alligators to be out at night!! We typically offer them between May and October.

** We require a 6 person minimum for the 1/2 Hour Night Tour **

Please note that we are closed November 15 through February 1.

Located just east of Mobile, Alabama, the Mobile-Tensaw Delta is the second largest river delta in the US. It is a prime location to see an abundance of wildlife. Designated routes wind through the Delta along a series of interconnected waterways. The Delta is secondary only to the Mississippi River Delta in size and is an environmental tour site that is 30 miles long and 12 miles wide just north of Mobile Bay. It overlays more than 200,000 acres of swamps, river bottomlands and marshes. In 1974, the Tensaw Delta was honored as a National Landmark.

The Mobile Bay National Estuary Program notes that the Tensaw Delta is considered the best remaining delta ecosystem of its kind in the United States. It is so ecologically broad that it houses:

On the tour, you will see plants, trees, flowers, birds, and usually alligators. All species are wild, therefore we can never guarantee sightings. We suggest that you bring a pair of binoculars and sunglasses. We provide sunscreen and hearing protection. Our boat is equipped with PFDs (Personal Flotation Devices).
